BALI, Indonesia, Feb. 26 (Xinhua) -- Indonesia will host the World Geothermal Congress in Nusa Dua of Indonesia's Bali province on April 25-30, a statement said here on Friday.
The meeting would be the largest event of world's geothermal stakeholders conducted every five years by the International Geothermal Association (IGA).
With the theme "Geothermal: the Energy to Change the World", the congress will be attended by about 2,500 participants of more than 80 countries consisting of researchers, experts, industry players, organization, academicians and related parties.
The event would be the fourth after the ones in Italy's Florence in 1995, Japan's Bepu (2000) and Turkey's Antalya (2005).
