Yin Zuluan, a doctor in Guangsong village, talks with several patients at a clinic in Dai-Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture of Dehong, southwest China's Yunnan Province, Nov. 17, 2011. The Guangsong village of Longchuan county, Dai-Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture of Dehong, locates on the border between China and Myanmar, imperiled by the "Golden Triangle", an area where the borders of Myanmar, Thailand and Laos meet that is notorious for drug smuggling and spread of AIDS. A total of 326 residents here use drugs and 52 people are affected by the HIV virus. The doctor Yi Zuluan has worked in Guangsong village for over 6 years since 2005, providing help for local HIV-affected patients. (Xinhua/Lin Yiguang)
