Photo taken on Feb. 23, 2011 shows the under-restoration Mingtang, an octahedral architecture in China's Tang Dynasty style, at Sui and Tang Dynasties Relics Protection Park in Luoyang city, central China's Henan Province. The restoration project, which was launched in June of 2010, would be completed before April of this year. The 86-meter-high Mingtang, a hall used by Wu Zetian (624-705) to meet officials and for sacrificial ceremonies, was built in 688 and ruined during the Rebellion of An Lushan and Shi Siming happened from 755 to 763.
