The package is particularly aimed at supporting growth in the particular employment sectors including those related to nursing and medical care, as well as the environment, energy and tourism.
Other support steps for employers include easing lending terms for smaller companies, the government said.
Young people will be helped to find jobs by better matching them with job openings in small and medium-sized firms, whilst being provided with more career counselors at colleges and increased number of internships options and possibilities
Meanwhile, job opportunities will be boosted by the government offering financial incentives to small and medium-sized firms to increase their workforce.
The government said it would compile an extra budget if needed depending on economic conditions and that it would promote and accelerate a growth strategy announced in June.
Additionally the package will cover the extenuation by one year of a low-interest housing loan scheme for environmentally friendly homes, as well as the extension of new one year incentive program in which consumers buying environmentally friendly homes are awarded "points" that can be exchanged for products or coupons.
Environmentally more responsible electrical appliances will also have the eco-point reward program extended by three months.
