TOKYO, July 30 (Xinhua) -- Tokyo stocks fell Friday morning with the key Nikkei index down 1.50 percent.
At 11 a.m., the benchmark Nikkei 225 Average shed 145.84 points to 9,550.18.
The broader Topix index was down 11.71 points to 849.56.
