RIYADH, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- Saudi police announced on Saturday that a Danish resident was shot by unknown gunmen in his car after work in Riyadh, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The incident happened on Saturday afternoon, in which the victim was shot in his shoulder and later sent to hospital for treatment. According to the police, his is in stable condition and investigation has been launched.
The case occurred just one month after two American nationals were shot at a petrol station on the east side of Riyadh, leaving one dead and the other injured. The attacker, who has dual nationalities of Saudi Arabia and the United States, was injured when chased by the police. Reports said that the gunman used to work in the same companies with the two victims.
