HONG KONG, April 17 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale jolted 210 km SE of Tabiauan, Philippines at 12: 38:17 Hong Kong Time (04:38:17 GMT) on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 566.88 km, was initially determined to be at 4.5041 degrees north latitude and 123.026 degrees east longitude.
