JAKARTA, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) -- The number of death toll in flood and landslide in North Sulawesi of eastern Indonesia rose to 13 on Thursday, with two people still missing and about 40,000 others fleeing to escape the catastrophe, Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, spokesman of the national disaster agency told Xinhua by phone.
