HOUSTON, June 25 (Xinhua) -- A blaze broke out at a fireworks warehouse in the U.S. state of Arkansas on Tuesday without injuring anyone, local media reported.

The incident happened around 4:40 p.m. local time (2140 GMT) at the Arnold's Fireworks Warehouse just outside of North Little Rock in central Arkansas, local TV station KATV reported.

More than one fire department was sent to the site and it took one hour and a half for them to put out the blaze, according to the report. TV footage showed the storehouse was burned to the ground.

Authorities have blocked off a stretch of road and a section of railroad to keep the public away from the fire.

So far, no injuries are reported and the cause of the fire is not known.
