ANKARA, March 22 (Xinhua) -- Turkish police detained nine suspects on Friday morning over Tuesday's twin attacks in the capital of Ankara, local media reported.
After questioning some 200 people, the police launched 14 raids against various sites of the outlawed Revolutionary People's Liberation Party/Front (DHKP/C), with helicopters hovering above, private Dogan News Agency reported.
The Turkish police are still searching for Hasan B., a suspect linked with "the Syrian wing of DHKP-C."
On Tuesday, explosions occurred near the headquarters of the ruling Justice and Development party (AKP) and the Justice Ministry building.
The DHKP-C has claimed responsibility for the twin attacks, as well as a suicide bombing against the U.S. embassy in Ankara in February.
