ANKARA, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- A total of 184,977 Syrian refugees are currently taking shelter in Turkey, Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Directorate (AFAD) said Thursday.
According to AFAD's statement, there are 14 refugee camps in Turkey, including five tent cities in Hatay province, three in Gaziantep, two in Sanliurfa and one each in Kahramanmaras, Osmaniye, Adana and Adiyaman.
The statement claimed that all the Syrian refugees in Turkey have been provided with shelter, food, and services of health care, security, social activity, education, worship, translation, banking and communication in the camps.
