TEHRAN, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) test-fired Tondar and Tousan anti-armor missiles during ongoing military drill on Monday, local media reported.
The IRGC's T72S tanks and BMP2 personnel carriers fired Tondar and Tousan missiles respectively at designated targets after the IRGC air defense units repelled the hypothetical enemy's air support, semi-official Fars news agency reported.
Tondar anti-armor missiles can hit targets in a distance of four kilometers and Tousan is capable of destroying targets 4.5 km away, said the report.
The IRGC started Saturday a three-day military drill in the east and southeast of the country.
