MEXICO CITY, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto said on Sunday that the death toll from last Thursday's blast at the state-run oil company Pemex has risen to 35.
In a Twitter post, Pena said that the body of one more victim was found by rescue workers in the debris of the Pemex-Management B2 building.
On Saturday night, the president toured the damaged B2 building, where the blast occurred on Jan. 31. The explosion also injured more than 100 people.
According to official reports, 2 people are still missing, and efforts to clear the debris and search for the missing are still underway.
The cause of the deadly blast remains unknown and authorities have given no explanation.
