KUNDUZ, Afghanistan, Jan. 26 (Xinhua) -- Four police were killed and 10 others mostly civilians injured as a suicide motorbike bomb struck northern Kunduz city the capital of Kunduz province 250 km north of Kabul Saturday afternoon, police said.
"A terrorist riding a motorbike blew himself up in Kunduz provincial capital the Kunduz city at around 05:30 p.m. local time killing himself and four policemen including Zamarai Khan the head of counter-terrorist department," police spokesman in the province Sayed Sarwar Hussaini told Xinhua.
Ten more people mostly civilians sustained injuries in the deadly blast, he added.
