TOKYO, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) -- A Boeing 787 airplane made an emergency landing in Japan's Takamatsu Airport in Kagawa Prefecture on Wednesday morning after its body smoked, local media reported.
The plane, which was operated by All Nippon Airway, left an airport in Yamaguchi Prefecture for Tokyo's Haneda Airport, Japan' s public broadcaster NHK reported.
As of now, there are no reports on damage.
Escape ways of the flight have been utilized and firefighters have reached the scene, according to NHK's footage.
Several bugs of the dreamliner have been exposed in recent flying and Japan is investigating the problems.
