WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Deputy Treasury Secretary Neal Wolin was scheduled to visit Asia later this week to conduct economic discussions with policymakers in two Asian countries, U.S. Treasury Department said on Monday.
Wolin will travel to Singapore and Burma on October 23-25, the department said in a statement.
He will "engage with senior government officials and a variety of civil society and business leaders in both countries on key issues of domestic and regional importance, including macroeconomic developments, financial regulatory reform and financial sanctions," noted the statement.
