Japan's April-June GDP growth downgraded to 0.7 pct

TOKYO, Sept. 10 (Xinhua) -- Japan's gross domestic production ( GDP) was revised to an annualized 0.7 percent, downgraded form 1.4 percent, in the January-March period this year, according to the Cabinet Office's report on Monday.

The April-June GDP corresponds to a 0.2 percent gain from the previous quarter, compared with the earlier reported growth of 0.3 percent, said the government.

GDP is the total value of goods and services produced domestically.
