BEIJING, Oct. 28 (Xinhuanet) -- The Chinese government will offer disaster relief to quake-hit Afghanistan and Pakistan based on their needs.
China's Red Cross will also provide emergency financial assistance to the two countries.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang made the comments today during a daily press briefing.
He says that China is paying close attention to the situation, and expresses deep condolences to the victims of the quake, as well as the relatives of the deceased and the injured.
