BEIJING, Oct. 21 (Xinhuanet) -- The Chinese President continues his 4-day trip to the United Kingdom and a tight, packed schedule has been set for him.
Today Xi Jinping is scheduled to make a stop at Imperial College London, one of most active academic and research partners for China in the UK. Then the President and his wife will attend a cultural event with Prince William and his wife Kate. He will also meet British Prime Minister David Cameron. Together, they will attend a China-UK business summit, focusing on bilateral cooperation on investment, infrastructure and innovation.
Xi Jinping will also visit the UK headquarters of Chinese tech giant Huawei. Today will end with a welcoming banquet at the City of London Corporation.
