BEIJING, Oct.19 (Xinhuanet) -- Xi Jinping is heading to the UK for a five-day state visit, the first by a Chinese president in a decade. Xi will meet with the Queen and top politicians. A number of deals are expected to be signed between governments, financial institutions and enterprises.
