"The UK, as a global hub, took the lead in recognizing the inevitable trend of China's development and seized the opportunities it brought about. In essence, this move acknowledges the changes in global affairs. Soon China will hold a series of high-level interactions with Britain, France and Germany. China's diplomatic relations with Europe is directed toward all European countries.
