BEIJING, Oct. 5 (Xinhuanet) -- A delegation of the Communist Party of China will pay an official friendly visit to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, from October the 9th. This comes at the invitation of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea, or WPK.
The group will be headed by the member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Liu Yunshan, who is also a member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee. The delegation is expected to attend activities marking the 70th anniversary of the founding of the WPK.
