BEIJING, Sept. 14 (Xinhuanet) -- China has just released a monthly report on its industrial production activities.
In August, industrial production was up by 6.1 percent in real terms, compared to the same month last year. On a monthly basis, August production was 0.1 percent higher than that in July. In the first eight months of 2015, industrial production was up by 6.3 percent, compared to the same period last year.
The data in China measures the integrated output of the industrial sector, including manufacturing, mining, and utilities businesses.
