BEIJING, Sept. 8 (Xinhuanet) -- As China undergoes large-scale urbanization, Tibet Autonomous Region is also experiencing a grand transformation. From Lhasa to Beijing, many Tibetans are chasing their dreams and seeking opportunities. They are not only the observers of the changes happening in Tibet, but also the builders of their own dreamland.
