Q2. All these banks say they have a distinctive client base to serve, which is China's small and micro-sized enterprises. Are they living up to their promises to make getting loans easier for these enterprises?
Q3. The reason that large, state-owned banks prefer to loan to larger companies is that it's often a safer deal. So what are the private banks doing to minimize risks lending to smaller businesses?
