BEIJING, Aug. 11 (Xinhuanet) -- South Korean President Park Geun-hye has voiced hope that Japanese Prime Minister Abe's World War Two statement will help pave the way for better relations between the two countries.
Park Geun-hye said:"I hope the Japanese government shows a mature stance by ensuring it adopts the awareness of history of the preceding Japanese cabinets, in order to build a new relationship with our country and other neighbouring nations."
