BEIJING, July 27 (Xinhuanet) -- Following a weekend state-visit to Kenya, US president Barack Obama has now arrived in Ethiopia.
During a meeting with African leaders on Monday, Obama will look to find a resolution for the troubling situation in South Sudan -- which is embroiled in a brutal civil war -- and it could include sanctions or other penalties for the country's warring parties.
