BEIJING, July 21 (Xinhuanet) -- Rainstorms continue to fall across China, soaking nearly half of the country. The National Meteorological Center has issued a blue warning for storms within the next 24 hours in eastern and southern regions including Guangdong, Fujian, Sichuan and Hainan provinces. 

People living in these areas are advised to take precautions for floods and landslides. 

Meanwhile, there'll be heavy rain sweeping areas of Yunnan, Shaanxi, Shanxi and Hebei provinces. Weather authorities warn the rain could be accompanied by thunder and hail in these places.
