BEIJING, July 10 (Xinhuanet) -- The Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit is being held in the Russian city of Ufa. A welcoming ceremony is being held by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
This is the 15th round of the SCO leaders' summit. The two-day event from July 9-10 in Ufa is expected to ratify the SCO Development Strategy until 2025.
