BEIJING, April 8 (Xinhuanet) -- A Chinese naval vessel with nine Chinese and one Japanese national on board has arrived in the Port of Salalah, in South Oman from Yemen.
Among the Chinese evacuees, two are travellers and the rest are members of a Chinese medical team. Meanwhile, seven other members of a medical team departed from Yemen by plane via Doha and are expected to arrive in China on Wednesday. China has finished its evacuation mission after two naval vessels evacuated the last batch of Chinese nationals from Yemen. China's Defense Ministry said more than 570 people were safely transported across the Red Sea to Djibouti including citizens from 15 countries, from where they will be flown home.
