BEIJING, March 22 (Xinhuanet) -- The Singaporean Prime Minister's Office has said that its former prime minister Lee Kuan Yew has weakened further.
Concerns have been mounting over his health these days, with many well-wishers visiting Singapore General Hospital with cards and gifts. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong joined the well-wishers for his ailing father at the hospital on Sunday. He also visited Tanjong Pagar Community Club late Saturday to thank local residents for their prayers and support.
91-year-old Lee Kuan Yew has been in the hospital since February 5 with severe pneumonia. The Prime Minister's Office has made announcement for six days in a row on Lee's health condition.
