BEIJING, Feb. 15 (Xinhuanet) -- Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko on Saturday ordered the country's armed forces to observe the ceasefire that began at midnight.
But he also expressed concern that fighting could continue as he accused rebel forces of mounting last-minute attacks around the transport hub of Debaltseve.
If the truce does not last, Poroshenko said martial law will be imposed across all of Ukraine.
