BEIJING, Feb. 10 (Xinhuanet) -- German Chancellor Angela Merkel is in Ottawa, Canada, to discuss the Ukraine crisis and other security issues.
She was greeted by Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper. Merkel is also there to review plans for the G7 summit that Germany will host in June.
She headed to Canada after her visit to Washington DC, where she met U.S.
President Barack Obama to argue against arming Ukraine in its conflict with rebels in the eastern regions.
