BEIJING, Jan. 8 (Xinhuanet) -- The two-day ministerial meeting of the China-CELAC forum has just started in Beijing. Chinese President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the meeting and delivered a keynote speech. Xi called for countries to make concerted efforts to enhance the cooperative partnership to a new level.
"I am sure that this meeting will yield rich results, sending to the world a strong message of our commitment to deepen our cooperation for common development, for major and far-reaching impact on South-South cooperation, prosperity and progress of the world," Xi says.
