BEIJING, Dec. 29 (Xinhuanet) -- Hong Kong SAR's immigration department has confirmed that one passenger on board AirAsia QZ8501 holds both Hong Kong residency status and a foreign passport.
Hong Kong and British media have reported the man's name as Choi Chi-man. He is believed to be a British citizen who lives and works in Singapore.
