BEIJING, Dec. 12 (Xinhuanet) -- Let's turn to the Ebola outbreak, and the UN’s special Ebola envoy says it will take several months to bring the epidemic under control. Speaking at a UN news conference in New York, Dr David Nabarro said there’d been a huge shift over the last few months, in terms of the scale of international efforts to contain the spread of the epidemic.
But he said that while the number of new cases is reducing overall, the disease is still on the increase in the worst affected nations of Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea.
