BEIJING, Oct. 23 (Xinhuanet) -- It's the final day of a key meeting of the 18th Communist Party of China's Central Committee in Beijing. It's the committee's fourth plenary session, and is devoted to the central theme of 'rule of law' for the first time in the Party meeting's history.
The meeting is billed as a milestone in China’s political reforms and progress. The key session is expected to produce a communique, informing the major achievements of the four-day’s discussion.
Meanwhile, an announcement on major personnel reshuffle will also be included in the communique.
