BEIJING, Sept. 26 (Xinhuanet) -- China's Ministry of Commerce has announced guidelines intended to spur the development of commercial logistics. The new guidelines aim to help the logistics sector play a bigger role in China and become one of the key pillars of the economy.
Under the guidelines, logistics development will focus on a number of facets, including standardization and internationalization within the industry. The guidelines also encourage express companies to share information and distribution channels while minimizing costs and increasing efficiency.
