BEIJING, Sept. 1 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping has signed off the amendments to several laws passed at the 10th meeting of the 12th Standing Committee of China’s National People’s Congress. The laws include the Budget Law, the Law on Safe Production and the Insurance Law.
