BEIJING, July 11 (Xinhuanet) -- The 2014 Rim of the Pacific naval exercise is underway in and around the islands of Hawaii after two years of preparation, with Australian Defence Force playing a key role.
More than 30-thousand sailors, soldiers and military personnel from more than two dozen nations are in Pearl Harbor this week, with ships double-parked at the end of the docks.
CCTV’s Nathan King spoke exclusively to the Australian Contingent Commander, Rear Admiral Simon Cullen, on the focus of this year’s exercise.
