BEIJING, March 3 (Xinhuanet) -- Over 1,000 civilians, officers and soldiers have volunteered to donate blood in Kunming in a single day. It’s a record for the city’s Blood Center. Many citizens came to donation stations first thing in the morning. Some elderly who are past the donor age volunteered to help maintain order in the stations.
