Iranian FM: progress being made despite difficult discussions

BEIJING, Nov. 9 (Xinhuanet) -- Kerry’s Iranian counterpart has also commented on the nuclear negotiations going on in Geneva. Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said progress was being made despite the difficult and time-consuming negotiations.

"We have now entered the very difficult and sensitive phase of editing the text that will be published, should the talks reach an agreement soon. It is possible that the negotiations will take more time. However, given the sensitivity of these discussions, we can see that the ministers are eager to participate, and we have to see what the results will bring." said Mohammad Javad Zarif, Iranian Foreign Minister.

Obama calls Israeli PM on Iran nuclear talks

WASHINGTON, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) -- U.S. President Barack Obama called Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday to discuss ongoing negotiations on Iran's controversial nuclear program, the White House said.
