BEIJING, Oct. 22 (Xinhuanet) -- Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has arrived in Beijing for an official visit to China.
The visit comes at the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang. During his stay in Beijing, Medvedev and Li will co-chair the 18th regular prime ministers’ meeting between China and Russia.
"We hope, through the prime ministers’ meeting, to further tap the huge potential for bilateral cooperation. We also hope to make efforts to achieve productive results in terms of economy and trade, investment, energy, hi-tech industry, humanity and so on." Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said.
