BEIJING, Oct. 2 (Xinhuanet) -- The U.S. government shutdown has drawn a lot of criticism. Joe Minarik was the Chief economist at the Office of Management and Budget under the Clinton Administration and has criticized partisan fighting in Congress.
"Opinions are much stronger.It’s much more likely that one party see the other party not as someone with a different point of view,but as now the message is don’t compromise to the other guy...so we need to find a way and make progress rather than simply going back and forth". Joe Minarik said.
