TBILISI, June 30 (Xinhua) -- With two rounds remaining, Hou Yifan has at least secured a shared win of the 2013-2014 FIDE women's Grand Prix fifth leg, as the Chinese player stretched her lead to two full points.
Closest on Hou's heel is another Chinese player Ju Wenjun who has six points from nine rounds so far.
Saturday's 9th round concluded fast for Hou when 28 moves into the game gave her the win and the full point.
Sharing the third echelon behind Ju are Nana Dzagnidze from hosts Georgia and Elina Danielian of Armenia, both on 5.5 points.
The fifth leg has two more matches scheduled for Sunday and Monday next week in Georgia's mountainous recluse of Lopota.
