TEHRAN, May 30 (Xinhua) -- The friendly match between Iran and Angola football teams finished tied at 1-1 on Friday, Tasnim news agency reported.
In the match held at Hartberg, Austria, Angola striker Silva found the back of the net in the 42nd minute with a header.
In the second half, Iran played better and the striker Karim Ansarifard equalized the match in the 57th minute.
Carlos Queiroz's men had played out two goalless draws - against Belarus and Montenegro - in their pre-World Cup preparatory camp in Austria.
Iran will play Trinidad and Tobago on June 8 in its pre-World Cup warm weather training camp in Brazil.
Iran has been drawn in Group F along with Nigeria, Argentina and Bosnia and Herzegovina and will play Nigeria in Curitiba in their opening match on June 16.
Iran will face Argentina and Bosnia and Herzegovina on June 21 and June 25, respectively.
