BEIJING, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- French cyclist Bouhanni Nacer from team FDJ shined in the second stage of the Tour of Beijing on Saturday by holding three jerseys at the same time.
The 23-year-old made a break at the last moment near the finish line, winning the longest stage in this year's Tour of Beijing -- 201.5km with 4 hours 59 minutes and 49 seconds. After him were second Ferrari Roberto from Lampre-merida and the third Docker Mitchell of Orica Greenedge.
Beside the red jersey, his powerful performance also won him the green jersey as the best sprinter, and the white jersey for Young rider of the day.
"My teammates covered me today, I can not win without their help," said Bouhanni Nacer.
Kaisen Olivier took the polka dot jersy as today's Most Aggressive rider. He had been holding off the chasing pack until the last ten minutes.
Xu Gang from Champion System Pro Cycling team ranked 70th among 152 riders who finished today's stage, making him the highest-ranking Chinese rider of today.
This year's Tour of Beijing runs from Oct. 11-15. It is the last event on the International Cycling Union WorldTour calendar, and the only one of this level in Asia.
Sunday's third stage will start from the the Guichuan Square to the Chaoyang Temple, both are in Yanqing County.
