HAIKOU, China, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- Judd Trump blasted three centuries in the 5-1 win against Nigel Bond at the Snooker Haikou World Open 2013 on Thursday.
After crashing Mark Joyce 5-0 in the first round of Haikou World Open, Trump faced the challenging of Nigel Bond in the second round who beat Chinese rookie Zhu Yinghui days before.
The victory in first round over Joyce showed Trump was in his best form. In the first frame today, Trump used only seven minutes to win with one 102 points shot. In the second frame, Trump continued his excellent touch, with one 111 points shot to expand his lead to 2-0 on aggregate.
In the third frame, Bond still had no chance to score, but leaving Trump get 100 points to win another frame. Even Bond turned the table in forth frame, Trump kept enjoying his good form, leaving no chance to Bond in the last two frames, and run a 5-1 win at last.
In another match on Thursday, Neil Robertson crashed Graeme Dott 5-0, and Mark Selby win 5-1 over Barry Hawkins. They will play each other in the next round.
