MILAN, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- Japanese players Yuto Nagatomo has officially extended his contract with Inter until June 2016.
"FC Internazionale is pleased to announce that Yuto Nagatomo has signed a contract extension with the club," read a statement.
"All the paperwork relating to the Japanese defender's new deal, which runs until June 2016, has been completed."
The left-wing-back joined from Cesena and made his debut for the Nerazzurri in a 5-3 victory over Roma on February 6, 2011.
He has scored six goals in 86 official appearances for the club.
