RIO DE JANEIRO, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- Fluminense coach Abel Braga has admitted his team will attempt to mark Ronaldinho out of the match in Sunday's potential championship-deciding match against Atletico Mineiro.
Victory for Fluminense at Atletico's Estadio Independencia in Belo Horizonte will all but secure the club's second Brazilian Serie A title in three years.
Speaking after a light training session in Rio on Saturday, Braga said he expected Fluminense star Deco to receive similarly close attention from Atletico's midfield.
"Ronaldinho will have the same marking that they will give to Deco," Braga said. "There is talk they will mark by zone, it is a lie."
Fluminense is currently nine points ahead of second-placed Atletico in the championship standings with seven matches remaining.
Gremio, coached by former Brazil and Real Madrid manager Vanderlei Luxemburgo, is third, two points further back.
